Position: DNA Implementations Operations ConsultantLocation: 90% remote / 10% Travel Duration: 10 months.Contract Description : We are currently looking for experienced DNA Implementations Operations Consultant to join our team.Lead the configuration and implementation of DNA Core Processing functionality, focusing on DNA Batch requirements, nightly processing, and business day setups.Manage employee and security authorizations, cashbox configurations, and the setup of branches and departments within the DNA system.Establish and maintain check holds, notices, statements, and other related institutional settings and parameter configurations for DNA applications.Troubleshoot and diagnose operational issues within the DNA system, providing expert solutions and recommendations to address client queries.Assist clients in comprehending DNA functionality, documenting their business requirements for custom processes, and ensuring the successful configuration and testing of these tailored technology solutions.QualificationsIn-depth understanding of business functions within the financial industry, with critical experience in DNA system implementations.Prior experience with Fiserv, particularly in DNA implementations, is preferred, demonstrating a history of effective project management and system optimization.Proven ability to configure and implement complex DNA Core Processing functionalities, with a focus on operational efficiency and compliance.Skilled in creating non-update SQL scripts for the purpose of conducting detailed research and analysis of the DNA database.Strong communication skills, with the ability to guide clients through the DNA system, interpret their business needs, and deliver customized technical solutions.
