The Floral Production & Design Assistant is responsible for preparing flowers, organizing materials, and assisting with design and event setup. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesHandle pick up and processing of fresh flower shipments from suppliersClean, hydrate, and prep flowers for designWash and maintain buckets, tools, and workspacePrepare containers and mechanics for designersAssist with simple arrangements and greenery prepPull and organize event inventory and suppliesPack and load materials for eventsAssist with setup and breakdown at venuesRun errands for supplies and pickups as neededRequirementsHighly organized and detail-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentWillingness to learn and assist with design tasksComfortable lifting 30–50 lbsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordComfortable driving a cargo vanReliable personal vehicle for errands (mileage reimbursed)Reliable transportation to and from studio and event venues
