You’ll play a key role in developing technicians, driving continuous improvement, and supporting a high-performance manufacturing environment.ScheduleMonday – Thursday5:00 AM – 3:30 PMOccasional overtime as needed to support productionWhat You’ll DoLead the Team & Set the StandardLead, train, and support maintenance technicians in troubleshooting and repairServe as the primary technical expert for CNC machines and control systemsProvide hands-on support for complex mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issuesDevelop technical capabilities across the maintenance teamKeep Equipment Running at Peak PerformanceDiagnose and repair CNC equipment and multi-axis machinesTroubleshoot electrical systems, PLCs, servo drives, and controls (Fanuc, Haas, Makino, etc.)Perform mechanical repairs involving hydraulics, pneumatics, and precision componentsCoordinate and execute emergency repairs to minimize downtimeDrive Preventive & Predictive MaintenanceDevelop and oversee preventive maintenance (PM) programsEnsure PM tasks are completed on time and properly documentedIdentify opportunities for predictive maintenance and reliability improvementsMaintain accurate equipment history and maintenance recordsSupport Operations & GrowthPartner with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet manufacturing goalsPrioritize maintenance work based on production needs and equipment criticalityAssist with installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipmentCoordinate with vendors and external service providersSafety & AccountabilityEnforce all safety policies, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) proceduresMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentEnsure compliance with company and regulatory standardsContinuous ImprovementIdentify and implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase reliabilityAnalyze recurring issues and lead root cause corrective actionsSupport lean manufacturing and operational excellence initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred5+ years of CNC maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of CNC machinery, controls, and basic programmingExperience troubleshooting PLCs and electrical systemsKnowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systemsAbility to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manualsPreferred1–2 years of leadership or lead technician experienceKey TraitsStrong leadership and communication skillsHands-on problem solver with a sense of urgencyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced production environmentContinuous improvement mindsetWork EnvironmentManufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperaturesHigh interaction with production, engineering, and maintenance teamsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work in confined spacesAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to work at heights or in challenging positions when neededWhy Edelbrock?Join a legendary performance brand with a strong reputation in the automotive industryOpportunity to shape maintenance strategy and drive operational excellenceEnjoy a 4-day workweek with extended weekendsBe part of a culture built on precision, innovation, and performance
