Skills :  DataStage AND /OR Power BI ,SQL SAS and Python. Snowflake , Facts Qualifier matrix, developing BI dashboards. Visual Studio Code, Github ,CI/CD ResponsibilitiesBuild robust and scalable data pipelines to support business insights and decision-makingAnalyze and organize raw data from multiple sources, creating required data elementsDesign table structures and ETL/ELT processes for high-performance, scalable data solutionsCreate reconciliation procedures and data checks to ensure data qualityDevelop automated audit, balancing, and controls mechanismsProvide production support including technical assistance to end-users and IT staffAssist and lead requirements gathering and documentation with business partnersConduct data investigations and support complex data analyses and ad-hoc queriesParticipate in application and technical architecture analysis, design, and implementationLead efforts with data management and database specialists to troubleshoot and resolve issuesDesign reporting applications to support reporting requests from data sourcesEnsure adherence to metadata management and data quality standardsTroubleshoot and understand dependencies between data warehouse and BI toolsBuild and maintain relationships with process owners and colleaguesIdentify scope or effort changes that could impact deliverables or budgetsDemonstrate expert problem solving capabilities Requirements Proven experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes (preferred tools: IBM's DataStage, SQL, SAS, Python; moving to Python, DBT, SQL, Power BI)Experience with CI/CD concepts and version control with GitHubProficiency with Visual Studio Code for development and debuggingExperience working with Snowflake for scalable data warehousingKnowledge of enterprise data warehouse design artifacts such as FQM, source-to-target mapping, and schema modelingUnderstanding of enterprise technical landscape, insurance background a plusExperience developing BI dashboards with tools like Power BI; creating data quality scorecards and data lineageExperience with Agile teams and mentoring development team membersStrong analytical and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independentlyAbility to create visual models for processes and data flowPrior reporting application support experienceThree or more years of requirements gathering and solution architecture experience preferredSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
