The firm holds multiple Super Lawyers and Rising Stars selections and maintains offices in Los Angeles and other major cities.About the RoleThis is a research- and writing-intensive litigation position, not a courtroom role. The firm needs an attorney with outstanding legal research, briefing, and analytical skills who can take the lead on motions practice, appellate-level writing, and case strategy from behind the scenes. If you are the person your team turns to when the brief has to be airtight, this role was built for you.ResponsibilitiesThe firm represents survivors of institutional abuse and misconduct in high-impact, plaintiff-side civil rights litigation.Cases involve juvenile detention facilities, hospitals, universities, municipalities, and other institutional defendants.The firm has represented hundreds of survivors across multiple jurisdictions in matters that drive real accountability and systemic change.
