Administrative Assistant / Receptionist (Operations & HR Support)
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist management with administrative and personnel-related tasks.
This is not just a receptionist role. This position will work closely with management and has the opportunity to grow into a larger administrative or office management role.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and take ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Organize and maintain physical and digital files
Scan, upload, and track important documents
Assist with expense tracking and basic record keeping
Maintain office organization and supplies
HR & Employee Support (Training Provided)
Assist with hiring process (applications, scheduling interviews)
Prepare and organize employee files
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Help track attendance, documents, and employee records
Assist with documentation such as warnings and terminations
Reception & Communication
Answer phone calls and emails professionally
Assist clients with basic inquiries and follow-ups
Direct communication to the appropriate department
Support internal communication between team members
Operations Support
Assist manager with daily administrative needs
Help ensure tasks are completed on time
Follow up on pending items and maintain organization
Support overall office efficiency
Requirements
1–3 years of administrative, receptionist, or office experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills (English and Spanish required)
Ability to multitask and follow up on tasks
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation
$17 – $20 per hour (based on experience)
