This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with competitive compensation.What You Will DoAnswer firm phonesOpen and close offices in the range of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PMGreet vendors and clients as they enter the officeHelp with set-up of lunches and staff meetingsMail, FedEx, Certified Return Receipts and messengersMonthly bank statement distribution and manage daily bank bagsAssist our Tax Coordinator with various responsibilities during tax deadlinesAssist as needed with staff eventsWhat You Need To SucceedCompetency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.Self-motivated with excellent organization skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to multi-taskStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExceptional interpersonal skillsFriendly and professional demeanorAbility to work well with a team and pitch in when neededEducation And Experience RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDPrior administrative experience requiredPhysical Demands And Work EnvironmentStanding, walking, crouching, and regular lifting up to 15 poundsFrequent use of hands and reaching with hands and armsRegularly talking, hearing, seeing, and sittingModerate to loud noise levelRisk of electrical shockSalary Range: The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
