As a part-time recruiter, you will help us find exceptional and often hard-to-find talent for our cutting-edge SaaS software company. You'll work approximately 10 hours per week in our beautiful office in Frederick, MD. You'll manage the full recruiting cycle from helping our team leaders craft winning job definitions, to sourcing the right candidates, to managing interviews, to onboarding support. Your expertise in sourcing and qualifying great candidates will be critical to helping us build our high-performing team. Compensation And Benefits Hourly wage between $36 and $60 depending on qualifications and experience 401(k) with 4% match Flexible schedule In-person work with a happy and healthy team Activities And Deliverables Source and develop a pipeline of top talent for current and future opportunities Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience Provide regular status updates to candidates throughout the process Help with offer and onboarding processes Nice to have: Provide general HR support, including benefits administration, HR policy management, and assistance with employee onboarding and offboarding Qualifications Excellent spoken and written communication skills Experience sourcing candidates for a continuous recruiting effort Experience managing candidate processes and providing feedback and updates on progress Ability to craft and pitch an employer's story in writing and on the phone Able to qualify talent quickly and identify top performers Proactive and skilled at successfully hunting for candidates in person and online Obsessed with quality and finding the very best people Able to represent and advocate for HighGear’s team culture Requirements 3+ years of experience recruiting candidates in technology-driven businesses College degree not required, but relevant college experience will be considered Experience with The Culture Index Survey and other skill assessments is preferred Must be willing to work in HighGear’s Frederick office Must be a US citizen or permanent resident About HighGear HighGear is the original no-code workflow automation and process management company with a 15+ year history of delivering enterprise-grade software to thousands of users.
