Maintenance Mechanic – 3rd ShiftLocation: Washington, PAShift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AMPay: $26.43/hour (increases to $27.82/hour after 6 months)#ZRWe are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join a manufacturing team in Washington, PA. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment used in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and experienced in working with automated production machinery.What You'll DoTroubleshoot and repair production line equipment and machineryPerform routine maintenance and ensure optimal equipment performanceAssist with production line changeovers, including loading coils and supporting welding operationsConduct preventive maintenance, lubrication, and safety inspections on presses and equipmentPerform basic electrical tasks and follow electrical safety protocolsExecute hot work tasks (welding, cutting, brazing) as requiredMaintain strict adherence to safety standards including LOTO, machine guarding, and safe equipment operationSupport general maintenance projects and continuous improvement initiativesWhat You BringRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experienceExperience working with hand tools and industrial equipmentPreferred QualificationsStrong mechanical aptitude with basic electrical knowledgePosition RequirementsWillingness to work any shift, including weekendsAbility to work overtime as neededTeam-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and growAdditional InformationThis position does not offer sponsorship or visa supportCompensation is based on experience, skills, and market conditionsPlease email resumes to jbender@blackrockres.com.#LI-JB1#ZR
