This clinic emphasizes quality care and meaningful patient relationships, with providers spending approximately one hour with each patient to ensure thorough and personalized treatment.This role supports the clinical team in both patient care and clinic operations. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences.ResponsibilitiesPerform blood draws and administer injections/shotsAssist with patient intake and clinical supportComplete insurance pre-authorizationsMaintain inventory and order medical suppliesSupport office management and daily clinic operationsDocument patient interactions using Atlas MD (similar to Epic)Build strong rapport with patients and provide a welcoming clinical experienceRequirementsMinimum 3 years of Medical Assistant experienceBLSCertified Medical Assistant (CMA) – RequiredExperience with EHR/EMR charting systems (Atlas MD or similar to Epic preferred)Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for patient careAbility to manage both clinical and administrative responsibilitiesApply today to work with this phenomenal team!!
