Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient team in Atlanta, Georgia. This position offers a flexible, patient-focused schedule with extended weekday hours and minimal weekend commitment-without any on-call responsibilities. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality, comprehensive care and thrives in a collaborative clinical environment.Locations: Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Buckhead, Dallas, Duluth, Hamilton and TyroneSchedule:3 weekdays per week (Monday-Friday): 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM1 weekend every other week: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PMNo on-call responsibilitiesResponsibilities:Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to an adult populationPerform routine exams, including Pap smears, and manage acute and chronic conditionsCounsel patients on preventive care and overall wellnessEvaluate and treat urgent care needs within a primary care settingCollaborate with the care team to support quality outcomesReview labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hoursManage a patient volume of approximately 2-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-insMaintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions Compensation & Benefits:$230,000 - $280,000 + 20-30% incentive401(k) with generous employer matchComprehensive malpractice insurance with tail coverageMultiple health insurance plan optionsPaid Time OffCME allowance and time Requirements:MD or DO from an accredited medical schoolBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Family MedicineValid and unrestricted Georgia medical license (or eligibility)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
