Project Level Professional/Project Architect

Position: Project Architect Location: Atlanta, GA Based in Atlanta, THW Design is a multi-disciplinary firm with over 50 professionals, encompassing Architectural, Interior Design, and Land Planning studios. Full Time Position Scope & Responsibilities: THW is seeking a Project Architect experienced in commercial projects, senior living, hospitality, multi-family, residential housing and mix use. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proficiency across all stages of architectural design documentation and construction processes and have a strong track record from Schematic Design to Contract Administration. Skill sets should extend to adeptly coordinating interdisciplinary design documentation involving Architectural, Interior Design, and Land Planning/Landscape Architectural teams. The candidate should bring valuable experience collaborating with external MEP and Structural consultants. Possess in-depth knowledge of the design process, including knowledge in building codes, design development, and seamless coordination with various consultants. Qualifications: Minimum of bachelor’s degree from an accredited professional degree program. 5+ years of experience, with some supervisory experience, on the path to, or is a currently licensed architect. Strong knowledge of utilizing, and managing teams in Revit, as well as using MS Office. Ability to excel in a collaborative environment within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and mentor Staff Level Professionals.
