Office AssistantOur client, a distinguished luxury community in the development stage, is seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join their team. Be part of a dynamic workplace where professionalism and excellent customer service are valued, and contribute to the ongoing success of a premier residential community.Compensation$24.00 per hourResponsibilitiesSupport daily office operations through data entry, document creation, and management of property management software.Manage communication by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and creating correspondence.Maintain organized filing systems and perform scanning of invoices and other documents.Assist with processing work orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion.Attend meetings to take notes and record minutes, ensuring accurate documentation.Serve as a primary contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and providing superior customer service.Perform general clerical tasks, including printing, photocopying, and miscellaneous administrative duties as required.RequirementsProven experience in an office environment, preferably 1-2 years.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi is a plus, but training will be provided if needed.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.Reliable and committed with a professional demeanor suited for a small office setting.Our Commitment to Inclusion & BelongingThe Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
