Parks Marina is currently accepting applications for a year round custodian/janitor. This hours associated with this role will vary with heavier hours in the summer and lighter in the winter.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the daily cleanliness and functioning of all restrooms at Parks Marina, Boat Club event space, and Snappers restaurant.Tidying of office spacesStocking and ordering suppliesCleaning floors, surfaces, windows, restroom sinks/toilets/mirrorsChanging lightbulbsTrash removal/pickupassist with set up/tear down of event space as neededWashing cleaning clothsExperienceExtensive experience in the cleaning industryAbility to work independently with minimal directionWell-spoken and strong communication skillsReliability and attention to detail is keyJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, SeasonalPay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits: Employee Discounts on Merchandise, Meals, & CruisesSchedule8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekends as needed
