The CPO will be responsible for the strategic design, integration, and evaluation of programs and advocacy efforts that advance economic justice and equity for women and their families. This role requires a passionate advocate for social, racial, and economic justice, with a proven track record in program management, advocacy, and community engagement. The successful candidate will ensure that the organization's programmatic work is participant-centered, data-informed, and aligned with its mission and strategic plan. They will also lead the CPO's advocacy strategy, build and maintain coalitions, and represent the organization as a trusted partner in social change. Applicants for the CPO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive work experience, with at least 5 years' in senior leadership roles. The role demands a leader with deep knowledge of systemic inequities affecting women, low-income families, and communities of color, as well as experience in program evaluation, performance management, and data-driven decision-making. The CPO will be expected to oversee the organization's impact framework, set measurable goals, and ensure robust evaluation. Strong skills in policy/advocacy strategy, coalition building, and external representation are essential.
