Also, they work directly with customers and are involved in bidding and billing projects. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge.In addition, you will:Manage and lead internal and external project teams to ensure on-budget and on-schedule deliveryReport and communicate to the external customer(s) and internal management each dayBuild processes and teams required to deliver all project requirementsCoordinate with the Project Construction Lead for timing, execution, and closeout of individual projectsLead weekly meetings with the client and project teamSend crews to projects and direct them on the overall tasks needed to be completedBid and bill each project once completeApprove timesheets and daily logsEnsure the crew has the correct equipment needed for the projectPerform other duties as required and/or assignedQualificationsAbout You:Safety is a part of your day-to-dayYou have a track record of completing work with a high level of qualityYou have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your workYou are looking for long-term projectsYou enjoy getting your hands dirty with your teamPossess a High School Diploma or equivalentYou have 3 years of construction project experienceYou have advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointIntermediate experience in schedule managementAble to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasksPossess good written and verbal communication skillsYou have precise hand-eye coordinationClarity of vision at 20 feet or more and 20 inches or less, with the ability to judge distance and space relationshipsAble to identify and distinguish colorsAble to read blueprints accuratelyAble to communicate progress, highlight issues, and provide recommendations to senior leadershipPossess safety training and knowledge of OSHA requirementsHard work pays off.
