Because great brands are built by great people.The RoleWe're looking for a Director of National Accounts based in Dallas or San Antonio, TX to help lead and grow our business within the convenience channel.This role is all about building strong partnerships, driving growth, and helping our brands win with some of the country's largest convenience retailers, including 7-Eleven, Circle K, and other national chains. It's a place where you can show up as yourself, take on meaningful challenges, and help build brands people actually care about.What You'll DoIn this role, you'll help shape how our brands show up within one of the most important and fast-moving channels in the business.Partner with the SVP of National Accounts - Small Format to develop and execute convenience channel sales strategy across current and future customersLead, coach, and develop a team of account managers, helping them grow as business leaders and trusted customer partnersBuild strong relationships with national convenience customers through business reviews, programming presentations, and category solutionsCollaborate with Field Sales teams to increase availability and drive strong in-market executionIdentify and act on growth opportunities using data and sales tools including IRI, Nielsen, VIP, and NumeratorPartner with Marketing and Shopper Insights to develop impactful programs and customer solutionsAlign internal teams, customers, and distribution partners on priorities, timelines, forecasts, pricing, and product launchesEnsure pricing, programming, and execution meet brand standards across accountsDevelop and manage annual account budgets while tracking progress and performance throughout the yearMaintain strong communication across internal and external partners to keep teams aligned and informedTravel as needed (up to ~30%) to support the businessTake on additional responsibilities as neededWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree preferred2+ years of National/Strategic Account experience or 5+ years in retail, CPG sales, promotional marketing, or e-commerceExperience in digital/e-commerce sales or beverage alcohol preferredStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships across teams and partnersA collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvementProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)A valid driver's license and clean driving recordInterest in the beer industry (bonus if familiar with brewing, spirits, or the 3-tier system)Additional DetailsThis role can be based in Dallas or San Antonio, TX, with regular travel (up to 30%) to support the business. To be eligible, you must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
