We are looking to fill FOUR full-time positions here at Charlotte's. We are a fast-paced and young company. Our menu is simple but delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Store Hours: Mon-Sat 11:00-8:00 pm CLOSED SUNDAY & CLOSED ALL Major Holidays Shifts: 4 Day Work Week 3x - 10.5 hr shifts 1x - 6 hr shift Rotating schedule Duties: Operating fryers, flat top, and sandwich prep table. Prep sauces, veggies, & chicken Ability to work in a face-paced environment Ability to stand on your feet for up to 10 hours a day 1-2 years of experience, required. Put out a consistent and high-quality product . Pay Breakdown: $17.00/hr plus +$2.00-$4.00/hr tips cash/card = $19.00-$21.00/hr Benefits: TIPS 4 Day work week Earned PTO, is provided.
