Flex Pool rate $23.75/hr PLUS shift differentials that include $2 for evenings, $1.50 for nights and an additional $1 for weekends!

At Frederick Living, the Certified Nursing Assistant- CNA provides hands-on care to residents, addressing their physical and psychological needs under the direction of the RN/LPN Team Leader. This role promotes a homelike atmosphere and supports person-centered care in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
What You’ll Do
Perform resident care and activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
Assist with restorative nursing programs
Observe and report changes in resident condition to the Team Leader or Nurse Supervisor
Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents, self, and staff
Participate in resident care conferences and care plan reviews
Collaborate with hall partners and other Cedarwood staff to ensure optimal resident outcomes
Comply with infection control practices
Conduct or assist in resident life enrichment activities
Maintain walkie-talkie on person for effective call bell management and team communication
Attend and complete all required in-services, training, and team meetings
Abide by the organization’s code of conduct
Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or graduate of a CNA program (certificate must be obtained within 120 days)
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrates respect, integrity, compassion, and excellence
Commitment to person-centered care initiatives
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and maintain positive relationships
Flexible schedule with willingness to work extra hours as needed
