Software DeveloperApplication Developers create and maintain the technical solutions to a range of challenging business problems. They are expected to leverage an understanding of application development theory, concepts and best practices to provide the most ideal solution to the challenges presented. Applications are developed collaboratively; with most teams simultaneously supporting several applications. The Business Software Engineering organization delivers solutions through implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Communication and presentation skills are a necessity as ideas must be regularly shared with team members and business stakeholders (that may require non-technical explanations).
