Senior Spacecraft Systems Engineer

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Own technical aspects throughout product's entire lifecycle, from idea to verification. Collaborate with both government and commercial stakeholders to determine system needs and manage all technical mission facets. Partner with diverse engineering teams to craft solutions for intricate challenges. Design system structures that effectively meet both external and internal demands. Conduct system trade evaluations to harmonize risk, expense, and outcomes. Illustrate architecture outlines, system connections, requirements, and verification strategies. Conduct and oversee system design assessments. Provide expertise and input when needed, supporting other program or product teams. Qualifications and Skills: Holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering or the physical sciences. Minimum of 5 years' experience in hardware creation and systems engineering. Proven track record in devising intricate satellite or aerospace systems (or their components). Outstanding communication abilities paired with a history of technical leadership. Thoroughness in both design execution and documentation processes.
