Scheduling Coordinator

Direct Applicants only. No third party recruiters or staffing agents. Come and join our Sales Team at Emerald Custom Pools. Your primary responsibility is to speak with customers and get new clients scheduled with a Sales Consultant/Designer while answering their questions. This person must be organized and can communicate well over the phone. Should be able to use excel, google sheets and other online forms of data entry. Current schedule is set for Monday-Friday 8-4:30 schedule. This person is expect to be comfortable with phone consults and meeting with customers on-site to help them pick out materials. Must have Sales or Customer Service experience. Construction experience and/or bilingual a plus, but not required. Marketing and social media knowledge a plus, but not required.
