Plant Maintenance Supervisor Target Compensation: Around $125K Base + Quarterly Bonus Full-TimeWe are partnering with a growing manufacturing operation seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a heavy industrial environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being highly involved on the production floor, supporting technicians, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving preventative maintenance initiatives.This is not a desk-only leadership role — the ideal candidate will spend approximately 90% of their time on the manufacturing floor providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and helping improve equipment reliability and uptime.What You’ll Be DoingLead and supervise a maintenance team across shift operationsDrive preventative maintenance (PM) scheduling and executionSupport troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systemsProvide hands-on leadership and technical guidance to maintenance techniciansMonitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for uptime improvementsWork closely with production and technical teams on root cause analysis and process improvementsSupport machinery upgrades, repairs, and continuous improvement projectsAnalyze downtime trends and maintenance KPIs to improve efficiency and reliabilityCoordinate maintenance projects and ensure timely completion within budgetWhat They’re Looking For10+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environmentPrior supervisory or maintenance leadership experienceStrong experience with: BearingsValvesSensorsMotorsHydraulicsPneumaticsPreventative maintenance and troubleshooting expertise requiredSome industrial electrical experience preferredMust be comfortable working heavily on the production floorSteel industry experience is preferred but not requiredExperience improving machine reliability, uptime, and maintenance processesStrong communication and team leadership skills MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
