As a Beverage Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service, creating an exceptional dining experience for every guest. With a focus on both team support and operational excellence, you'll oversee the dining floor during peak periods, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & TrainingTrain and supervise associates, upholding food and beverage standards to consistently deliver exceptional service. Service Standards & SanitationEnsure that dining areas meet stringent cleanliness and sanitation standards, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff. Alcohol Service ComplianceOversee alcohol service, ensuring team adherence to local laws, and provide TIPS certification training to associates. Inventory & Cost ControlManage beverage purchasing and inventory while implementing cost control procedures to optimize efficiency. Guest Experience & FeedbackEngage with guests, resolve concerns, and respond to feedback promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.
