Journeyman or Master Electrician

Job Description: Joyce Electrical, part of the locally owned and growing Joyce Cooling and Heating, is seeking a full-time Journeyman or Master Electrician to join our expanding electrical division. This role focuses on residential service and installation work for our current and future client base. As a Electrician at Joyce, you will perform high-quality electrical work, lead jobs independently, and provide an excellent customer experience to every homeowner you serve. Responsibilities and Duties Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, and replacements. Work with wiring, panels, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting, generators, and other electrical systems. Diagnose electrical issues and provide clear, professional solutions for customers. Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude at all times. Operate your own truck and manage job workflow efficiently. Collaborate with teammates and contribute to the growth of a young, expanding division. Continue to learn and stay current with electrical codes, best practices, and new technology. Ensure all work complies with local and state electrical codes and safety standards. Qualifications and Skills Licensed Electrician (NH Journeyman or Master preferred). 3+ years of residential electrical experience. Ability to run your own truck and work independently. Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and code compliance. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Strong work ethic with a positive, solution-oriented mindset. Willingness to work overtime when needed.
