General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead operations at the Hyatt House Atlanta / Perimeter Center, a 186-room hotel located in the heart of the Perimeter business district. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:• Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and ownership expectations• Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective sales, marketing, and revenue management strategies • Lead and develop department heads and staff, fostering a culture of engagement and accountability• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, addressing concerns and continuously improving service delivery• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls• Maintain the physical condition of the property and protect ownership assetsQualifications:• Proven ability to drive RevPAR, GOP, and guest satisfaction scores• Experience leading cross-functional teams (Rooms, F&B, Sales, Finance)• Strong financial acumen and business planning skills• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
