APIGEE Developer

Role: APIGEE Developer Location: Atlanta, GA – Onsite RoleDuration: 12+ MonthsJob Description:Review and optimize API proxy configurations to ensure compliance with organizational and customer best practices.Design and implement reusable configurations(shared flows, and flow hooks) and authentication mechanisms to support end to end integrations.Strong understanding of GCP, Kubernetes, operating systems, firewalls, load balancers, identity providers, and enterprise network architecture.Hands on experience with client/server certificates, TLS configurations, and IP whitelisting.Participate in operations and network reviews, ensuring timely implementation of feedback and improvements.Strong understanding of Apigee Hybrid Architecture and ability to collaborate with enterprise architects, security, and infrastructure teams.Provide technical guidance and review API designs and Apigee implementations.Communication & Collaboration SkillsAnalyse requirements and provide clear feedback on feasibility, level of effort, dependencies, and potential bottlenecksIdentify risks early and escalate appropriately to ensure timely resolutionComfortable working with cross functional and cross time-zone teamsDemonstrates professionalism, and effective collaboration with co-workers and external vendors.Required Technical Skills:Apigee Hybrid/Edge, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth2.0, JWT, Jenkins, Slunk, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, TLS/SSL, mTLS, GCP, GKE, JavaScript, Python/Shell scripting
