Bilingual Member Experience Associate
A company is looking for a Bilingual Member Experience Associate (Spanish/English) to enhance member engagement and program enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email to new and existing members
Complete over 100 outbound calls daily and achieve enrollment and engagement targets
Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 92% or higher
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, call center customer service, or health coaching
Experience with CRM and customer service tools, such as Insightly CRM and HubSpot
Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of work effectively
Demonstrated critical thinking and the ability to quickly absorb new information
Experience interacting with older adults is preferred
