Senior Associate Project Developer (Solar & BESS)

Experience: Mid Level Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year Job Details - Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 1–4 years of experience in renewable energy project development (distributed generation, community solar, or C&I solar preferred) Experience with early-stage project development activities such as site origination, land agreements, interconnection, and project diligence Financial acumen and familiarity with financial modeling for renewable energy projects Strong project management skills with the ability to synthesize risks and opportunities into actionable plans Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external stakeholders Self-starter mentality with strong attention to detail and accountability Interest in working in a dynamic, fast-paced growth environment A bit about us: - We are a fast-growing developer focused on community and distributed solar and energy storage projects across the United States.
