Team Lead

Position: Team Lead Location: Arab, AL Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees, ensuring productivity and efficiency, and providing guidance and support to team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to effectively delegate tasks, and be able to work collaboratively with other team leads and managers. Responsibilities: Understanding of company safety practices, able to recognize and address safety concerns Follows all plant and corporate policies and procedures in the operation of the facility Must be able to adjust as needed to meet regulations and standards Provide leadership and guidance to team members Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching Delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met Collaborate with other team leads and managers to achieve organizational goals Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for team members Handle escalated inquiries or issues Monitor and analyze team performance metrics Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members Qualifications: High School diploma or general education degreet (GED) Minimum of 1 year of prior related experience in a manufacturing, mechanical or production field.
