You'll:Support the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations and leadershipEnsure the consistency, flavor, and presentation of every plate meets fine dining expectationsLead daily prep and line operations, maintaining efficiency and precisionManage and motivate in real time kitchen staff including line cooks, prep cooks, and utilityTrain, coach, and inspire kitchen staff to perform with excellence and professionalismMonitor food quality, sanitation, and safety standards at all timesAssist in cost management through portion control, waste reduction, and efficient labor practicesMaintain open communication with the front-of-house to ensure seamless guest experiencesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Line Cook in a fine dining or upscale conceptStrong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detailA passion for executing refined dishes and maintaining high culinary standardsDedication to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvementAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while upholding fine dining precisionCulinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
