Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence.You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.How You Will Make an Impact Oversee teams supporting fund administration services to clientsManage client implementation and onboardingPlan and oversee the preparation of audited and unaudited financial statements, partner capital statements and underlying work papersDemonstrate knowledge of accounting and manage the fund audit processDevelop and maintain the internal Private Equity business reporting calendarReview client deliverables, including, but not limited to: realized and unrealized gains/losses, management fees, investor allocations, investment data and partner’s capital allocationsReview and maintenance of general ledgers, sub ledgers and trial balances for multiple fund clients, according to various accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP/local GAAP)Aggregation, maintenance and reconciliation of key business and client metricsDevelop/maintain robust review procedures around deliverablesManage the year-end audit process, in collaboration with the client and auditorsRequired Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field9+ years’ experience in accounting, with a focus on Private Equity/Real Asset fundsStrong knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other comprehensive basis of accounting, with an emphasis on investment partnershipsExperience with Consolidated Financial Statements and Minority InterestExcellent client relationship and project management skillsPrevious leadership, training, delegation and work review experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organizationProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, advanced Excel skillsWhat Sets You ApartCPA / Master's degree are plusesJoin SS&C, where innovation meets global opportunities. New York: The expected base salary for the position is between 160000 USD to 200000 USD. Massachusetts: The expected base salary for the position is between 100000 USD to 195000 USD.In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company’s discretion.
