That’s because we’re all in the business of selling more stuff to more people. Position SummaryDigital has an increasingly pivotal role in delivering creative solutions to even the toughest briefs. As a part of our growing Digital Platforms team, you’ll work to develop and activate digital campaigns across paid social, paid search, and programmatic, optimize the campaigns for success, and use the learnings and insights to fuel what’s next. NOTE: This role will be based in Atlanta full-time in our hybrid model – Tues/Thurs in office, Mon/Wed/Fri from home. In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities: Understand the overarching strategy:Understand the client objectives, target audiences, and desired outcomesInform and utilize comms strategy inputs (competitive, consumer, category, etc.) to define role of digital platformsEvaluate media proposals and provide POVs Build smart digital campaigns:Develop digital plans across paid social, paid search, and programmatic, aligning with business and comms objectives, determining platform priorities, creative strategy, and measurement frameworkManage recurring reporting deliverables through both Tableau and PowerPoint as neededWork with tech partners to internalize and apply best practicesContribute to quarterly testing roadmaps and evaluate alphas/betas/new partnersMaintain awareness of tech and industry capabilities to help evaluate and evolve data and tech partners Bring the work into the world:Activate campaigns through various platforms (CM, SA360, Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, DV360 among other DSP’s) and maximize media performance through ongoing optimizationsContribute to ongoing quality assurance process to ensure all aspects of a campaign’s creative, settings, budget parameters, brand safety needs etc. are metActively manage budget, pacing, vendor management and billing processTrafficking digital and traditional campaignsMonitoring campaign deliveries and suggesting optimizations based on campaign KPI performanceMonitoring client expenditures and working with various teams to resolve billing discrepancies  What you need to succeedGrit: ask the tough questions, always know the “why”Agility: we’re more nimble than ever, and we’re looking for another pace setterStraight talk: we already have enough jargonAccountability: find the delicate balance of agility, quality of output, and impact to the business~1 year of digital media experienceFamiliar with digital platform UIs a plus.
