The results reflect this approach: a 100% production deployment success rate for our customers and one of the few enterprise AI companies to run a profitable business.What We Are Looking ForDistyl is hiring a Senior Platform Product Manager in San Francisco or New York City to define and build the platform that powers how AI gets deployed inside enterprises.This is not a role focused on incremental product improvements. You will be responsible for turning real-world customer problems into reusable AI systems, deciding what becomes platform, what remains bespoke, and how we scale both.You’ll operate at the intersection of AI infrastructure, developer experience, and live enterprise deployments working closely with engineers, forward-deployed teams, and customers to shape what we build and why.We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, has strong product instincts in AI-native environments, and wants to own a platform from first principles.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine the vision, roadmap, and core abstractions for Distyl’s AI platformDecide what gets built into the platform vs. solved at the edge with customersTranslate repeated enterprise patterns into scalable, reusable systemsPartner deeply with engineering and forward-deployed teams to ship production-grade AI quicklyLead the development and prioritization of core platform capabilities, including:Agent frameworks and orchestration systemsModel evaluation, monitoring, and feedback loopsSelf-improving systems and human-in-the-loop workflowsDeveloper tooling, workflows, and internal DXEnterprise data integrations and system interoperabilityRequiredWho You Are10+ years in product, with deep experience in platform, infrastructure, or technical systemsHave built or scaled AI/ML platforms, LLM systems, or developer-facing productsStrong technical fluency, you can reason about architecture, tradeoffs, and system design with engineersClear point of view on how AI-native systems should be designed and evolveComfortable operating in ambiguity with high ownership and minimal structureAble to translate complex, real-world problems into clean abstractionsWhy This RoleOwn a core system that sits at the center of the companyWork on real enterprise problems—not demos or isolated featuresHelp define how AI platforms are actually built and scaledOperate in a high-trust environment with meaningful ownershipWhat We OfferThe base salary range for this role is $180K – $250K, depending on experience, location, and level.
