Job Title: Sr Pricing AnalystLocation: Tempe, Arizona, United StatesEmployment Type: Full-TimeWe are hiring for a strategic finance and pricing role within a high-performance business environment. This position focuses on driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and supporting key business decisions through advanced pricing strategies and financial analysis.About RoleAs a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and executing pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business proposals, ensure compliance with government regulations, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Prepare FAR12 & FAR15 TINA compliant pricing proposals for government and commercial customersSupport audits and fact-finding requests from DCAA, DCMA, and prime contractorsContribute to business case development, competitive analysis, and risk mitigation strategiesDevelop pricing strategies that balance profitability with customer valueProvide negotiation support to business and sales teamsAnalyze financial data to drive revenue growth and margin improvementOffer pricing recommendations for spares, repairs, and transactional businessCollaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and operationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives using standard tools and methodologiesBuild and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationshipsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline2.5+ years of government/defense experience or 5+ years in pricing, finance, or business analysisStrong understanding of government procurement regulations (FAR)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in data analysis and pricing toolsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience in cost accounting, pricing, or marketing in a defense environmentProficiency in MS Excel, SAP, or other financial toolsExperience supporting audits and working with government agenciesAbility to develop and use financial models for pricing decisionsKnowledge of Six Sigma or process improvement methodologiesStrong project management and multitasking abilitiesStrategic thinking and ability to identify business opportunitiesCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesComprehensive health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Mental Health)Paid vacation and leave benefitsRetirement benefits including 401(k)Career growth and professional development opportunitiesExposure to global business and government contracting environmentsEqual Opportunity StatementThe employer is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and considers all qualified applicants without discrimination based on age, gender, race, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.Apply Now!
