Maintenance Technician

Job Description We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor/Tech to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, preparing apartments for new Customers, maintaining the facilities (laundry room, fitness center, pool, grounds, etc...) and other required tasks.Additional Compensation for On Call on WeekendsResponsibilities:Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashionMeet deadlines and quality standards in preparation of Apartments for turnoverDocument time and extent of repairsPerform routine preventive maintenanceMaintain material and supply inventoryOversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary and potentially a technician if Supervisor roleQualifications:Previous experience as maintenance supervisor (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Etc., necessary)EPA CertifiedCPO CertifiedFamiliar with and capacity to utilize maintenance tools and equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadDeadline and detail-oriented--and Team Spirit as wellJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planWork Location: In person
