This is a unique opportunity to join a cutting-edge company at a pivotal moment—where you’ll have the autonomy to build, execute, and scale at speed.You’ll start as an individual contributor, working alongside an engineer to engage deeply with prospects, then grow into building and leading a world-class sales organization—including Sales Engineers, BDRs, and AEs.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Sales Leadership: Drive aggressive outbound prospecting and lead generation to build a robust pipeline of enterprise customersMarket Development: Identify and penetrate target markets including AI/ML companies, cloud providers, HPC organizations, and enterprises with GPU-intensive workloadsRequired QualificationsEnterprise B2B Sales Experience: 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a track record of consistently exceeding quotasTechnical Background: Strong technical acumen with ability to understand and articulate complex infrastructure and performance optimization solutionsOutbound Sales Expertise: Proven success in outbound sales, prospecting, and building pipelinesLeadership Experience: Experience building and scaling sales teams in high-growth technology companiesMarket Knowledge: Deep understanding of enterprise software sales cycles, particularly in infrastructure, observability, or developer tools marketsWe are well-funded and have strong market validationWe offer a fully remote, distributed work environment with zero bureaucracyYou will work on a meaningful project alongside a world-class teamWe provide competitive compensation, including early exercisable stock options and a comprehensive benefits packageJob ID: sales-dirApplication StatusThank you for your application.
