Project Manager
The Project Manager provides exceptional service to customers by overseeing the day-to-day management of assigned projects. Effectively communicate with the project stakeholders, manage risk, and monitor progress against project schedules to achieve the project goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and build strong teams for each project while delivering quality output, meeting customer expectations, managing to scope, delivering on time, and delivering within budget
Ensure schedule requirements are met for all projects. Adjust priorities and milestones based upon changing customer needs, resource availability, and job requirements
Frequent project visits with field staff and other stakeholders to gain an understanding of any progress, needs, or issues. Assist in the planning of future labor/material needs of the project
Provide job status updates, financial updates on standard forms comparing budget/bid to actuals; provide projections through the end of the following month
Review AP and AR for respective projects and assure proper coding, allocation, and payment
Bid projects/assist with bidding projects based on on-site walk-through and limited information from the customer
Build long term relationships with customers and fellow employees by consistently meeting expectations and offering innovative solutions
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Five years’ experience in managing electrical construction projects
Advanced knowledge of electrical construction principles/practices
Exceptional initiative, execution, and communication skills, both oral and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Journeyman or Master Electrician license a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
