This is a chance to join a company that values creativity, leadership, and hands-on involvement in culinary excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead Menu Execution: Oversee every aspect of meal preparation and service during large-scale banquets and events.Hands-On Cooking: Be an integral part of the kitchen team, preparing, cooking, and presenting meals to ensure a top-tier culinary experience.Ensure Quality & Efficiency: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring meals are served on time and to the client's satisfaction.Inventory Reporting: Provide input on inventory, storage, and rotation of ingredients, ensuring that everything is prepared in compliance with safety and health regulations.Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients during events, providing excellent service and resolving any issues in real-time.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseEducation & Experience:2-5 years of commercial cooking experience, with a focus on quality and high-volume events.Formal culinary training or additional certifications are a plus.Experience in banquet or catering environments, focusing on meal preparation and flawless execution.Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.Ability and availability to travel nationwide.Knowledge & Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.Expert knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.Ability to manage and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and efficient kitchen.Exceptional interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships and handle high-pressure situations.Proficiency with commercial kitchen equipment and experience in maintaining food safety standards.Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and adapt to the physical demands of the job.Why Join Us?Competitive PayOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentA vibrant, team-oriented culture where your creativity and leadership can shine.Disclaimer:This Job Description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent(s).
