Perks: Competitive salary plus bonus potential Generous time off and sick leave Comprehensive medical and dental coverage with employer contribution 401(k) retirement plan Hybrid work options for flexible arrangements Compensation: $25+ hourly Depending on Experience Responsibilities: Communicate with clients in Spanish to obtain treatment updates and necessary information Verify medical balances by gathering and reviewing medical documents Prepare demand packages by assembling medical bills Maintain client files by scanning and organizing records, bills, and paperwork Draft legal documents and demand letters as needed Collaborate closely with the Attorney, Legal Assistant, and Settlement/Disbursals teams Manage all elements of case management to ensure efficient handling of each case Communicate with clients for updates and information-gathering Organize and maintain case files, including legal documents Perform legal research to support case strategies Collaborate with internal teams for seamless workflow Stay informed about legal regulations and industry trends in personal injury cases Qualifications: Possess a high school diploma Have Paralegal certification or a relevant 2-year degree Proficiency in computer programs, such as spreadsheets, word processing, and case management software Outstanding organizational skills and excellent communication ability (both verbal and written) Demonstrate the capability to multitask and to work independently Provide 3-5 years of knowledge in case management Possess a background in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research Experienced in Personal Injury Law in the state of Georgia Tech-savvy Fluent in English and Spanish Previous experience as a Case Manager in personal injury law is preferred Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Proficient in legal document preparation and research Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Capable of working independently and as part of a team Self-motivated and proactive About Company We are a personal injury firm in the Atlanta Metro that is committed to helping people and their families navigate the insurance process after they have been seriously injured.
