Finance Functional Analyst
Job Description: Support, maintain, and enhance Oracle fusion and related financial systemsServe as a key liaison between IT and business users, addressing day-to-day issuesGather and document business requirements, and implement new solutions that align with strategic objectivesLead and support Core Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed AssetsGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs and system configurationsConfigure and support financial setups such as chart of accounts, accounting calendars, ledgers, and subledger accountingCollaborate with technical teams on reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions (RICE)Support period close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely resultsTroubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing production support to maintain system stabilityLead testing efforts, UAT coordination, and go-live support for implementations and enhancementsEnsure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirementsRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or equivalent technical and business experience10+ years of experience as a Core Financials Functional Consultant/Analyst with Oracle Fusion CloudExpert level knowledge of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules of General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Inter Company Accounting and CostingExperience with process mapping, group facilitation, data gathering and analysisProven project delivery through full life cycle from requirements through deployment /support.Experience with one or more Oracle Reporting tools including Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), Smart View, OTBI, BI Reports, QlikView and/or Tableau.Must be self-motivatedStrong interpersonal skills and communication skillsAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manualsSolid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and period-end close activitiesOracle Cloud certifications in Financials Cloud (required)Background in Finance and Accounting; CPA or MBA in Finance is a strong plusProven ability to work directly with finance stakeholders and explain complex system behavior clearlyExperience supporting full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, or major enhancementsBenefits: Equal employment opportunitiesCompliance with applicable state and local laws governing non-discrimination in employmentProhibition of workplace harassment
