Office Manager Construction Industry (Full-Time, Profit Sharing & 401(k))Were hiring an experiencedOffice Managerto leaddaily office and business operationsfor a fast-paced consulting company. This hands-on, full-time role manages contracts, scheduling, invoicing, COIs, and overall business workflow. Schedule:MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM What youll do: Oversee all day-to-day office & business operations Prepare proposals, quotes, and client correspondence Review and redline contracts and insurance documentation Coordinate schedules for technicians & field staff Handle invoicing, collections, and financial administration Support process improvements & operational efficiency You bring: Proven Office Manager experience in construction/engineering QuickBooks Online & Microsoft Office skills Strong knowledge of contracts, insurance, and COIs Proactive, organized, and able to lead independently Benefits: Profit sharing 401(k) plan Construction industry experience is required.Applications without it will not be considered.
