Come and be one of them.About The RoleThe On-site Logistics and Asset Lead manages end-to-end logistics and asset lifecycle operations for hyper-scale datacenter infrastructure, on-site at one of our facilities. They ensure accurate inventory management, efficient material flow, and seamless support to datacenter operations through coordination of receiving, shipping, asset tracking, and vendor management.ResponsibilitiesMaintain comprehensive asset tracking from receipt through decommissioning; execute asset tagging, labeling, and data entry in asset management databasesManage receiving and shipping of equipment, components, and materials; verify quantities, inspect for damage, and update tracking systems in real-timePerform regular cycle audits and physical inventory counts to maintain 99%+ accuracy; monitor stock levels and proactively resolve shortages to support build, repair, and deployment activitiesFulfill parts requests from datacenter technicians and engineers quickly and accurately; maintain organized staging areas for deployment, break-fix, and project materialsInterface with vendors to process RMAs, warranty claims, and equipment replacements; coordinate security escorts for third-party vendors and delivery personnelGenerate inventory reports, metrics dashboards, and analytics on performance, turns, and obsolescence; document processes and support continuous improvement initiativesBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business3+ years in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain in technology or manufacturing environmentProficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, or data analysis tools for reportingPreferred QualificationsExperience at hyperscale providers or large colocation operatorsExperience with inventory management systems, ERP systems, and asset tracking databases with strong attention to detail and accuracyKnowledge of IT hardware (servers, storage, networking) and datacenter componentsStrong organizational, time management, and communication skills with ability to work cross-functionallySalary & BenefitsCompetitive total compensation package (salary + equity).Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Generous PTO policy, in line with local norms.The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.
