Job SummaryWe are seeking a diligent and motivated worker to join our manufacturing team. You will operate machinery, monitor production processes, assemble products, and ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.1st Shift: 7-330PM ($14 an hour)2nd Shift: 330PM-12AM ($14.50 an hour)3rd Shift: 12AM-8AM ($15 an hour)Key Responsibilities:Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and machineryFollow standard operating procedures to produce high-quality productsAssemble products on the production line according to specificationsInspect finished products for defects to ensure they meet quality standardsPack, label, and prepare products for shipmentMaintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe working environmentReport equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisorsFollow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as requiredAssist with other tasks as assigned by managementRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a similar role (preferred)Ability to operate machinery and use basic hand toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsBasic math and measurement skillsGood communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to work overtime or shift work as requiredPhysical Requirements:Standing, bending, and repetitive motion for long periodsWork Environment:Manufacturing facility with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels
