Affiliate Coordinator
We are looking for a responsible Affiliate Coordinator to perform a variety of office administrative and construction administrative duties. Duties of the Affiliate Coordinator include providing support to both our Administration team and Construction team. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. If you have previous experience as an administrative assistant and familiarity in the construction field, we’d like to meet you.
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments for other staff members
Plan meetings and, if necessary, take detailed notes
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Data entry
Multi-task
Permit submissions
Liaison with subcontractors
Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
