Position Title: ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Technical Functional Consultant Location: Fairfax County, VA / Remote Clearance Requirements: None Position Status: Contract (3-6 months) Pay Rate: $60 - $65 per hour Position Description: We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Technical Functional Consultant to support a critical ServiceNow instance consolidation initiative. This role will partner closely with HR Technology stakeholders to lead and execute an HRSD instance merge, consolidating HR Service Delivery capabilities into an enterprise ServiceNow environment. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role ideal for a senior consultant who thrives in complex environments, brings deep HRSD expertise, and can confidently guide best-practice decisions while executing at speed. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, functional alignment, and a smooth transition with minimal disruption to HR operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute ServiceNow HRSD instance merge activities, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and platform standards Perform data conversion validation, identify discrepancies, and remediate configuration or data issues Conduct instance comparisons to quickly identify functional and feature differences across ServiceNow environments Analyze gaps and design solutions using HRSD and Employee Center Pro (EC Pro) best practices Deliver hands-on configuration updates, fixes, and enhancements as required Provide expert guidance and consulting to HR project teams on instance merge strategy, HRSD capabilities, and EC Pro functionality Support testing, validation, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality outcomes Contribute to weekly status reporting, clearly communicating progress, risks, and dependencies Collaborate closely with HR Technology partners, fostering a strong "One Team" mindset built on transparency, accountability, and shared success Required Skills / Education 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience Proven experience completing at least one HRSD core instance merge Strong experience with data conversion validation and instance comparison methodologies Deep understanding of ServiceNow product differences and platform capabilities Demonstrated ability to guide stakeholders using ServiceNow HRSD best practices Hands-on experience with Employee Center Pro (EC Pro) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, delivery-driven consulting environment Seneca Resources is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all qualified individuals are encouraged to apply.
