This role focuses heavily on administrative support related to workers’ compensation and liability claims programs. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities while supporting both operational and compliance-related tasks.This is an 8-week temporary opportunity with strong potential for extension and hire based on performance and business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, review, and distribute weekly deductible billing from insurance carriersSupport onboarding of new locations, including insurance coverage setup and claims system integrationNotify third-party administrators and insurance carriers of new, relocated, or closed locationsAssist with data collection and reporting, including loss data, renewal data, and claims trendsProcess department invoices and outside counsel invoices, ensuring proper coding and submission to Accounts PayableDraft administrative and risk-related documentation, including retention and compliance materialsProvide documentation and claim files to Legal as neededPrepare and distribute insurance materials, including driver cards and location documentationCoordinate mailing, document organization, and file management within internal systemsAssist with scheduling meetings, coordinating team activities, and general administrative supportCreate FedEx labels and manage incoming/outgoing department mailQualificationsMinimum 2 years of administrative experience requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) requiredAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferredStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and reprioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently while knowing when to escalate or ask for supportPreferred ExperienceExposure to risk management, insurance, or claims processesBackground in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environmentsExperience supporting large or self-insured organizationsBy applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Staffing Solutions Enterprises, StaffMatrix, BV Staffing, and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
