This position goes beyond traditional office management, requiring a leader who can successfully oversee a complex, high-volume environment while developing team members and driving strong business results.You will partner closely with doctors and team leaders to ensure alignment on goals, operational consistency, and an exceptional patient experience—while building a high-performing, engaged team. You'll have the ability to influence team performance, mentor emerging leaders within the practice, and drive meaningful results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, with potential to grow into future multi-site or regional leadership roles.What You'll DoIn this role, you'll lead the people, operations, and performance of a high-volume, multi-doctor practice, including: Leadership & Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop front office and clinical support leaders, fostering accountability, engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement. Operational Excellence: Oversee workflows, staffing coordination, and daily systems to ensure efficient patient flow and consistency across all providers within the practice. Business & Financial Performance: Monitor and drive key performance indicators including production, collections, scheduling optimization, and expense management, in partnership with doctors and leadership. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with doctors to align on practice goals, implement initiatives, and support long-term growth and success.
