Built for performance with quality to last, Toro equipment is ideal for golf course turf management, sports fields, collegiate campuses, residential and commercial property maintenance, and public green spaces.Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm, with overtime as neededWhat Will You Do?Responsible for interior and exterior of building including but not limited to sweeping and mopping, emptying waste containers, wash window, maintain restrooms, lights, pipes, water fountains, cafeteria. Must be observant to detect any unusual conditions or cleaning necessary in the plant.Painting, minor drywall, light electrical (test outlets and replace fixtures) and plumbing.Operate equipment such as floor sweeper, compactor, forkliftUse of power tools: drills, meters, sawsSalt application and snow removal by use of shovel, snow blower, bobcat.Lawn care including mow, trim, and seed as neededSprinkler System Maintenance: Replace and repair sprinkler heads and lines, annual blowoutBackfills Custodian IOther duties as assignedWhat Do You Need?Responsible for interior and exterior of building including but not limited to sweeping and mopping, emptying waste containers, wash window, maintain restrooms, lights, pipes, water fountains, cafeteria.
