Delivery Manager / Program Manager – Open for Relocation About the jobWe are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager / Program Manager to lead enterprise transformation and large-scale data initiatives within the P&C Insurance domain. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery execution, aligning business and technology teams, and ensuring successful implementation of strategic programs across global delivery environments.The Delivery Manager will collaborate closely with project sponsors, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and external delivery partners to define delivery roadmaps, manage execution, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality standards.The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Agile delivery, enterprise data programs, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership, with the ability to manage complex programs across distributed teams and multiple workstreams.Key Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end project and program delivery across enterprise transformation and data modernization initiatives, ensuring successful execution from planning through closure.• Collaborate with project sponsors, stakeholders, and clients to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, priorities, and acceptance criteria aligned with business objectives.• Drive Agile delivery execution by facilitating sprint planning, backlog prioritization, governance reporting, risk management, and continuous delivery improvements.• Coordinate cross-functional global teams including Development, Data Engineering, QA, DevOps, Support, and third-party vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.• Monitor delivery performance using KPIs, SLAs, velocity metrics, and governance frameworks while proactively managing risks, dependencies, escalations, and budget controls.• Engage with leadership and clients in strategic planning, discovery sessions, roadmap discussions, and delivery excellence initiatives while mentoring high-performing onsite/offshore teams.Required Experience & Skills:• 12+ years of experience successfully managing complex enterprise transformation, data engineering, and large-scale program delivery initiatives end-to-end.• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies with hands-on experience managing enterprise delivery frameworks.• Deep knowledge of P&C Insurance domain and Policy Administration Systems including Guidewire and Duck Creek.• Hands-on experience with project management and prioritization tools including Jira, along with strong understanding of delivery governance and quality processes.• Proven ability to lead medium to large-scale global delivery programs, manage third-party vendors, and drive collaboration across distributed onsite/offshore teams.• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
